Headers above paragraphs are always bold. Some of them are black, some are orange.

We create black headers by typing two exclamation marks at the beginning of the line. If we place !! Black heading at the beginning of a line, it will look like this:

For an orange heading, we use three exclamation signs: !! Orange heading becomes:

The exclamation signs must be at the beginning of the line.
