The singular present of mogen (to be allowed, may) has an irregular conjugation (no t is added to the 2nd and 3rd persons) and an irregular stem (o turns into a).

ik mag I am allowed ik mocht I was allowed
je mag you are allowed je mocht you were allowed
hij mag he is allowed hij mocht he was allowed
we mogen we are allowed we mochten we were allowed
jullie mogen you are allowed jullie mochten you were allowed
ze mogen they are allowed ze mochten they were allowed
past participle: gemogen auxiliary verb for pp: hebben


Note that the examples above give you the unstressed Internal link personal pronouns. Some pronouns change when they are stressed in a phrase: je/jij, we/wij, ze/zij (both singular and plural).
