Hi !

Please tell me how to express in Dutch 'All bad news'.
Is 'Al slecht nieuws' correct or must we say 'Alle slecht nieuws' ?
I know from Donaldson's book that 'Al het slechte nieuws' is possible.

Please answer me in English - I know it better than Dutch.

Thank you for your answer.

I'm sending you a great music video:

I'd say: "Alleen maar slecht nieuws" or "Niets dan slecht nieuws"

But it depends on context:

He disregarded all bad news - hij negeerde al het slechte nieuws
I saw the news today: All bad news - I heb nieuws gekeken: Niets dan slechts

Neither "al slecht nieuws" nor "alle slechte nieuws" is correct, no.

Ngonyama already answered that - in some contexts, yes, in other contexts there's another translation.
