Hallo Nonnie,

The Universitair Talencentrum offers expensive courses but if you work at the University of Ghent, you will enjoy a discount (though it is still expensive: between €110 en € 220 per language module).
See the website of the Talencentrum for more information: http://www.uct.ugent.be/.

For more affordable courses, you can enroll in a CVO course. CVO is 'Centrum voor Volwassenonderwijs' or centre for adult education.

There are several CVO's in Ghent but the ones best known for their NT2 (Dutch as a second language) courses are:

CVO Henleykaai (http://www.pcvo-gent.net) and CVO De Bargie (http://www.cvodebargie.be)

You can also visit the 'Huis van het Nederlands' in Ghent (http://www.hvngent.be). They know virtually everything there is to know about Dutch courses in Ghent.
