I do not know anyone who studied Dutch att Elycio Talen, but I assume it is a good language institute. The company has existed for a long time and it provides language courses for many companies in the Netherlands. Since it is not the cheapest language school, I take it companies must have a good reason for hiring its services (or perhaps, Elycio has a great marketing department; it is/was part of the Elsevier).

Perhaps you can let us know your findings once you started the course?

P.S. Sorry for the late reply. :o
