Prettige Kerstdagen!!

Has anyone been to the Christmas Markets in Amsterdam yet? A good friend of mine who lives in Germany, managed to get a good deal on a train ticket last weekend and went for less than 20€ each way. I wish it was that easy from the UK! [-X I've had a look online and theres a lot of accommodation for short breaks available but its so hard to get a flight over there as everyone is booking them up for Christmas!
If anyones got any photos of this years markets then do share them as it looks like im not guna be able to go this year :-(
