Ik heb net gehoord een programma over uw vliegtuig gehoord. Ik ben leraar van Jongelui (jongeren) die een belangstelling met voor natuurkunde hebben. Tot nu toe (no comma here) ben ik met mijn studenten naar musea gegaan, maar ik denk wel dat uw project veel interessanter zal blijken (better: ...interessanter zou zijn)

This sentence is running awry completely - "mijn studenten" has no obvious function in this sentence. I would make this: "Zou het voor mijn studenten mogelijk zijn om het vliegtuig te zien?"

Dus zullen zij meer over de technologie leren kennen.

You mistranslated "so" here. "So" only is Dutch when it means "because of that". Here "so" means "with the goal", in which case the Dutch translation is "zodat" or "opdat" - correct translation: "...te kunnen zien, zodat zij meer over (de) technologie leren."

Ten slotte, kunt u mij wat informatie sturen? Dus kunnen wij ons voor een bezoek voorbereiden?

Again, "dus" in this case is "zodat". Also, the standar preposition with "voorbereiden" is "voorbereiden op". Thus: "... informatie sturen, zodat wij ons op een bezoek kunnen voorbereiden?"

A bit more on the translation of so, through a sentence with three completely different meanings (with completely different translations):

It was raining, so I took my umbrella so I did not get so wet.
Het regende, dus nam ik mijn paraplu zodat ik niet zo nat werd.

"Tot nu toe" isn't really wrong, but rather awkward and doesn't really work as a translation of "in the past". Something more idiomatic (I guess that also means more difficult...) would be e.g. "Ik ben nog al / al eerder met mijn studenten naar musea gegaan, maar..."

Also, "leren kennen" exists as a combination, but it means something like "to get acquainted with" - either a person or, more rarely, an object. As such, adding "meer" to it is rather strange. And it's transitive - no prepositions needed.
