Fill in the gaps

The exercises are only available on the 'old forum', i.e. the forum before the January 2008 update. You can still do the old exercises here: www.dutchgrammar.com/forum/quiz.php

Fill in the gaps

Post by Dora » Tue Jul 25, 2006 3:14 am

I'm studying from a book (Dutch in Three Months). They have some exercises where you fill in the missing words. This is an especially good exercise, since it makes you think of words associated with other words. Here are some examples:

"De kinderen zijn . . . Ze . . . hoofdpijn en ook koorts."
". . . ze ook moe?"
"Ja, . . . zijn moe. Ze liggen . . . bed. De dokter . . . vanavond."
"Nou, goed zo. Ga je . . . het feest vanavond?"
"Nee, ik blijf . . ."

Unfortunately, there are not many of these. If someone is creative, they could easily make some more.

Leuke oefening Dora.
Ik heb er een quizje (?) van gemaakt.
Zie Oefeningen --> Vocabulary --> Fill in the gaps

Ik zal proberen binnenkort nog meer van dit soort oefeningen te verzinnen.

Nice exercise Dora.
I made a little quiz of it.
See Exercises --> Vocabulary --> Fill in the gaps
I will try to make more of these soon.

:-? It seems that all lines that started with quotation marks were blank, so I removed all quotation marks...
I hope it is better now.

Perfect.

Veel van deze oefeningen kun je ook doen via de link 'oefeningen' (of 'exercises', als de taal van het forum op Engels staat) bovenaan dit forum.
