Hey you guys!

Bieneke, I have a question:

it is said that when you want to make an avatar your photo has to be this and that size. But how do you know how big your photo is? I hope I'm clear enough. :)

Quite clear

To see the size of your image, right-click on it and click on properties. You can test this by right-clicking on the dutchgrammar on the top of this page.

After 'size' or 'grootte', you will see a number. In the case of the dutchgrammar logo, this is 6433 bytes. This has nothing to do with the width or height of the image, it just tells you how much server space the image takes. The maximum size of your avatar is 6144 bytes.

After 'dimension' or 'afmetingen', you will see the width x height of the image. The dutchgrammar logo has a width of 700 and a height of 60 pixels. The maximum width x height for an avatar is: 130 x 400.

Looking forward to meeting your avatar :P

Bieneke

And here it is, my avatar!

It's the helmet from Giancarlo Fisichella, my idol! 8)

Marco! You like Formula 1 too? I like Fisichella, but I prefer Alonso, he is very sexy and a great driver, though Kimi Raikkonnen is better.

Yeah, F1 is my biggest passion. :)
I actually think Fisico is better, the car is fixed to serve Alonso well so that's why Fisi is performing less. It's a shame really, 'cause his reputation is now being ruined.

Tis true that Alonso has the better car. Even the mechanics tell him to overtake because he's quicker. I felt sorry for Kimi today, having ANOTHER engine change. But yay for Jenson Button! (Well, he is from England ;))

Does anyone mind us talking about something so off topic?

Since there is no other place on this forum where you can discuss anything unrelated to Dutch in English, pray continue  .

We kunnen, indien jullie foutten niet gekwetst worden. :S
We can, providing you don't mind mistakes (I think half those words were wrong. Can we have a topic where you can ask the meanings of words? Not so much the meaning, but like the context they'd be used in).

Hebt je Montoyas klein nakomeling gekijkd? Hij is erg leuk! En ik was blij dat hij gewint heeft. (Montoya beteken ik!)
Did you see Montoyas little kid? He is so cute! And I was glad that he won (Montoya, I mean!)

Foutencorrectie:

Montoya is a cool bloke.

Zijn baby is om op te vreten! :D
His baby is adorable!

Maar toch zie ik Fisichella altijd nog als de beste! 8) :P
But still I regard Fisichella as the best!

Voor wie ben jij eigenlijk?
