Sure.
If you write something yourself first, we will comment on it and correct it, if necessary.

I find it difficult to decide what you want to say with some sentences. Can you maybe post an English translation as well so that I know what you mean?

Dear Sir / Madam

My name is …..
I finished high school in Bulgaria.
For a year and two months I live in Brussels - a cosmopolitan city and center of business administration, which enabled me to understand the importance of internationalization with a flexible combination of business. Precisely here at this environment I desire to study at area where I can grow up my potential for teamwork. I need equivalence for my diploma to apply at V.U.B Etterbeek

I corrected most of it, but the green part I still don't really get, even with your translation... the flexible combination of business with what, exactly?

Your final sentence - are the people you write the letter to the same ones who can help you with that equivalence of degrees? Did you intend to ask for their help with that, or are you just saying that you will still need to go through that procedure before you can actually enroll at the VUB Etterbeek?
