Hello everyone!Im italian my (ex?) boyfriend is ducth we always talk in english to each other but he just sent me an sms in italian so I wanted to answer in ducth.(He wrote me you're a star..my shining star.I miss you-in italian-).
Anyone can tell me how can I write in ducth "Am I?You're so sweet..Are you courting me again?Im sorry to be this cold but you know very well how I think about us..Maybe in dutch you understand it better!".

That's the literal translation, but it's not correct idiom in Dutch. In Dutch I would say "Is dat zo?" (Is that true?), "Is dat echt zo?" (Is that really true?), "Vind je dat echt?" (Do you really think so?) or simply "Echt waar?" (Really?)

You're so sweet. = Jij bent zo lief.

That's correct Dutch, but it has a formal, slightly archaic tone, which is not very appropriate for this type of letter. Better:

"Ben je me weer aan het versieren?" (Are you seducing me again?) or "Probeer je me weer te versieren?" (Are you trying to seduce me again?)
