I'm not sure what the point of these questions is, either... except for the one on the relation between Dutch and Danish, that's kind of relevant at least.
Danish and Dutch are both languages of the Germanic language family (as is English); Danish is more specifically a language descending from the medieval Old-Norse (essentially what the Vikings spoke), just like Icelandic, Faeroer, Norwegian and Swedish (but *not* Finnish). At that time, Dutch and German (and Frysian) weren't really separate languages yet, more a collection of related language variants. In the later Middle Ages, you could say Dutch became a separate language, with a number of pronunciation shifts and other changes, and it has evolved separately from German since then. So I suppose that to find a common ancestor of Danish and Dutch, you'd have to go back to 500 AD and possibly even earlier, but I'm sure some people will be able to give more specific information.

About the official languages, Finland(Finnish and Swedish), Switserland(German, French, Italian and Romansh), Sweden(Swedish) and Norway(Norwegian). I hope you do know that Switserland is not in Scandinavia but that the other 3 countries are in Scandinavia.
