stuk or stuks

Which of them are correct?
1) 3 head of cattle
= a) drie stuks rund / dri stuks rundvee
= b) drie stuk rund / dri stuk rundvee
2)a) twintig stuks pluimvee / twintig stuks gevogelte / ? twintig stuks pluimgedierte
b) twintig stuk pluimvee / twintig stuk gevogelte / ? twintig stuk pluimgedierte
For 2 I think the English words are " twenty fowls"
I am not sure that " stuks pluimgedierte" or " stuk pluimgedierte" exists.

Ik weet wel wat een stuk ongedierte is. Maar anders is het meestal stuks als het 2 betreft. 1 rund 2 runderen. Ik zou 3 stuks rundvee zeggen.

1) Drie stuks rundvee
2) Twintig stuks pluimvee

Stuks is the plural of stuk: een stuk, twee stuks

Gedierte is not used a lot, it has a rather negative connotation: critters, bugs.

Pluimgedierte I have never heard of.

Gevogelte exists but it is rather Biblical. It reminds me of Genesis.

I know it more from a culinary context - "wild en gevogelte" = "game and poultry"
