Both are correct.
But it depends in what context it is being used. Do you want to use the active or passive voice?

The first sentence: Ik was getrouwd met... is the active voice
Your second sentence: Ik werd getrouwd met... is the passive voice.

The first sentence is a simple past tense:
I was married to ... (at that time).
Was married/was getrouwd in this sentence describes your state (having a husband/wife) at a certain time in the past.

The second sentence is passive; that means it describes something that someone else does to you:
I was married with ... (by a government official). The government official married us.
Was married/werd getrouwd in this sentence describes the action of marrying two people at some time in the past.
