Uploading sound files

Would you like to publish your own sound files? As a Dutch native speaker, you can create sound files to help Dutch learners. If you are studying Dutch, you can record your voice to practice your pronunciation -- and ideally, let the rest of us enjoy it too. :)

If you record in Audacity, you can directly save your recordings as mp3 the way I described earlier.

Great soundfiles!

If I can be of assistance by making a soundfile pronouncing several words please let me know. Maybe someone can give me some pointers as to which words are most difficult for you, so I can tape those words more specifically?

Perhaps some of you already know this site - at any rate, it enables you to listen to the pronuciation of a number of Dutch words online. You can select the ones you find difficult into the box on the right, for extra practice. :) :

Wat ik niet goed heb verstaan, schreef ik met cursieve letters. (Het klinkt als "Chelsea is staat" en "speeldazie".)

"Chelsea staat in de finale van de Champions League. Gisteren won de Engelse voetbalclub in de returnwedstrijd van Barcelona. Na de 1-0 in Londen speelden ze in het stadion van Barcelona met 2-2 gelijk. Fernando Torres zorgde in de extra tijd bij een counter voor de beslissing."

Is anybody still doing anything with sound files? None of the old links seem to work.

I wanted to upload a nice sound file ("Hoe zaai je in de volle grond of in bloembakken") a few months ago but I didn't succeed and was therefore a bit angry because I spent a lot of time working on that project. After all, it's an flv file with sound only. The Dutch guy on it has an interesting pronuciation: datgene → "datgeine", stoot je uit → "stot je uit" – so it was very difficult...

Mij lijkt dat het het gemakkelijkst ware als mensen hun luister-bestanden op hun YouTube kanalen zouden uploaden, en hier koppelingen ernaar publiceerden.

Wat is trouwens ''upload'' en ''download'' in het Nederlands, in de verb- en naamwoordvormen?
Ziet ge een fout in de bovenstaande uiting? Heb te allen tijd de vrijmoedigheid om er correcties aan te brengen!
