I haven't seen any chat activity in ages, but you might be able to get people to the chatbox if you announce the time that you plan to be online.
You've got the best chance if you choose a time when it's evening in the Netherlands and Belgium, preferably in the weekend.
I've asked Bieneke to bring back the chatbox on the frontpage, but appearently, that's not so easy.

Hm, we´ll see... I am online from time to time when I am at the computer, most times not regularly... But I will be online today in the evening, around 20.00 o´clock, so 8.00 p.m. Central European time as in the Netherlands or Belgium. I think I´ll be on then for about two or three hours. Maybe I´ll not answer at once, but I´ll check every few minutes.
Tomorrow it should be nearly the same, but then I cannot be on so long as I have to get up early on Monday for work.
Of course I can also help anyone who learns German as this is my native tongue! Maybe I can give something back on this way...
